ABOUT US

Each piece is personally designed, custom crafted, and made with immaculate attention to detail. All items are adorned with handpicked, high quality glass beads, semi-precious gemstones and crystals.

Several Double J Jewelry pieces are constructed by wrapping fine-gauge wire and stones into various sculptural formations. This is a time-consuming process that lends an intricate, exotic and unique look to the jewelry.

For the wire wrapped pieces, I generally use "non-tarnishing" artistic wire. This means the plated wire is treated chemically to delay the tarnishing process. In conjunction with proper care, the jewelry will last much longer than traditional plated wire. When I can I will use gold-filled wire which is stronger yet not as flexible as "non-tarnishing" artistic wire. Gold-filled wire has an outer layer of gold which retains the non-tarnishing properties of solid gold. Both of these options allow for a more affordable and durable way to own gold jewelry.

I appreciate all of my customers - especially in this trying economy. My goal is to create quality, fun, creative and affordable pieces. I want each and every one of you to be satisfied and I am open to your feedback.

PAYMENT

We accept all major debit/credit cards. Credit card payments are processed through Paypal. You do not need to sign up with Paypal to pay with a credit card. We also accept Check and Money Orders. If paying by check or money order, please contact me with the items you wish to purchase and I will send you an invoice. All purchases are shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment. If paid by money order or check, items will be shipped out as soon as funds clear. Products are inspected for quality assurance, and then shipped in gift boxes or organza bags with bubble mailers. All effort is made to insure products reach you safely. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please feel free to email me if you have questions about your order.

SHIPPING

Shipping is via USPS regular mail. Orders usually arrive within 3-4 days from date of postage. Should you require an upgrade to registered or express mail, please let me know at checkout and I will send you a revised invoice. I do not charge additional money for items shipped together unless it is a larger wholesale order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please email me within five (5) days of receiving your order. All queries will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you will receive a return/exchange authorization. Items returned without a return/exchange authorization will not be accepted. The product must be in new, unaltered and unused condition. Refunds will be issued in the same manner the original purchase was made. Your refund will be the full amount paid less shipping and handling, which is non-refundable. Please take extra precaution to prevent loss of mail, as we will not be able to process a return/exchange should the package get lost during transit. There will be no refunds and exchanges for sale, custom and made-to-order items.

WHOLESALE

I offer wholesale pricing with minimum orders requirements. Please contact me for more information. I would also appreciate it if you would provide me with your boutique/shop details. Please also let me know the items and quantity you are interested in. Finally, commercial resale of my work is NOT permitted without prior arrangement.

ADDITIONAL POLICY

As a business based in California I must the follow the Lead-Containing Jewelry Law "to limit the amount of lead in jewelry, including children’s jewelry and body piercing jewelry. I must ensure that my products do not contain any materials that are not "class 1," "class 2," or "class 3" under the law (that list defines three "classes" of materials that do not contain lead, or only contain lead in trace amounts). JEWELRY CARE

Avoid wearing jewelry when using household cleaners.
Avoid wearing jewelry when applying lotions, cosmetics, perfumes, or hair spray.
Store jewelry in jewelry boxes or pouches when not being worn.
Use polishing cloths to clean gold or silver, but be careful not to use toxic products.
